Is/are my piece/s washed?

Every clothing item is washed unless stated in product description. 

What if I put the wrong address?

You have 48 hours to change your address. If we happen to ship your order before you change it, you will have to contact the assigned courier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship domestically within the United States.

How long does my order take to ship?

Processing and shipping take 2-3 business days.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds at this time. Chargebacks and disputes are taken seriously, and we reserve the right to take legal action against customers who file fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may file a dispute or chargeback, but please note that we will provide evidence to dispute fraudulent claims. 
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. however, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if the order has already been processed and/or shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who frequently cancel orders.
